Brand, content & collaboration

Thursday 16 July 2020, 2 – 3:15pm

In the third and final event in The Marketing Forum x Cultivator collaboration, we’re joined by Rachel Hollings, Artistic Administrator of The Royal Ballet.

The Royal Ballet is an internationally acclaimed classical ballet company, based at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. In her role as Artistic Administrator, Rachel works on content creation and brand guardianship with choreographers, designers, photographers, filmmakers and the ballet dancers themselves.

Rachel herself studied ballet with Lydia Kyasht Jr and piano with Frank Wibaut, graduating in music, dance and drama from the University of Birmingham, where she was the recipient of the Barber Scholarship for Music. She has worked in arts administration in theatre, creative arts and education institutions including Belvoir Street Theatre, Sydney, the Royal Academy of Dance and Central St Martins College of Art and Design. She joined The Royal Ballet School in 2000 before moving into her current management role with The Royal Ballet in 2015.

In our live interview with Rachel, we’ll be exploring quiet brand guardianship and what that involves for The Royal Ballet, collaborating with a host of creative talent, the challenges facing theatre and the arts, and the joy of working in a sector you’re passionate about.
